Welcome to the REN Global Consultants process that is uniquely ours. Most firms will ask the basic questions. At REN Global Consultants, we implement our 4 step consultative process. We realize moving is a life changing event and our analytical process was designed accordingly.

Step 1 – The Path to Self Discovery and a Better Fit Begins

Most firms and placement agents sell candidates on what they think the candidate should want or have.  At Ren Global Consultants, we take time to learn a candidates motivations, vision, and needs. Via the REN Global Consultants Questionnaire, candidates are asked thought provoking questions that puts them on a path to self discovery.  For us, this is the start of really getting to know our potential client.

Step 2 – Clarification

Over the course of one or more conversations, we clarify what is it you’ve shares with us in the CONFIDENTIAL questionnaire.

 Step 3 – Prep and Meet Time

In this step you’ll learn the choices that exist, including a review of the pros and cons of each firm. From there, we’ll arrange and prep you for each introduction. This step also includes feedback, getting answers to follow-on questions, and offer negotiations. We’ll work diligently with the new firms onboarding teams to facilitate a smooth transition.

 Step 4 – Ongoing Service

Once you successfully transition into the new firm, we’ll continue with a sequence of conversations to ensure your experience continues to go well and living up to your expectations. We’ll exchange your feedback with your new firms management. We’ll also provide your new management team with  any  ‘punch list items’ you may have so that they met be addressed.
